Virgil Ianțu (real name is Virgil Gătăianțu) is Romanian TV host and singer. He hosted shows as Vrei să fii miliardar?, Vrei să fii milionar?, Copiii spun lucruri trăsnite and Te crezi mai deștept? shows in Prima TV channel.
In 2000, he became the host of Vrei să fii miliardar?, the first Romanian version of popular show called Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (the top prize was a billion lei) in Prima TV channel. Three seasons aired.
After 8 years, in 2011, he again returns as a leading game, but already under the name of Vrei să fii milionar?, the second Romanian version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (the top prize was a million lei). In 2014, he left the show forever. In 2018, in the reboot version, he was replaced by the female host Teo Trandafir.
