Super Milyarder 3 Milyar (or SM3M) was the second Indonesian version based on Who Wants to Be a Super Millionaire. Aired from September 24, 2006 to January 21, 2007 on ANTV. Hosted by Dian Sastrowardoyo. The Special top prize was 3,000,000,000 Indonesian rupiahs.

- On December 31, 2006, New Year's special episode aired.
- One contestant in Super Milyarder 3 Milyar version went home empty-handed.
- Due to the increased of top prize, the title name was featured the word Super Milyarder (Super Billionaire), thus making Indonesia become the first country to featured Super Millionaire format (before Japan and India Hindi).
- However, unlike the US version of Super Millionaire, contestant must answer correctly 13 questions (instead of 12) to won Rp 1,000,000,000, which was the top prize of the original version.
