Rovshan Askerov (May 4, 1972) was a celebrity contestant, who appeared with Yelena Orlova on an episode of Kto khochet stat' millionerom? on December 16, 2007, answering the 7th question wrong and winning 5,000 rubles.
On September 16, 2017 he appeared with Yury Nikolayev. They chose 400,000 rubles as a minimum amount, but took the money and won 800,000 rubles.
On October 28, 2012 he appeared alone. He chose 400,000 rubles as a safety net, answered the 13th question wrong and won them.
On November 26, 2011 Anton Komolov and Alexander Pushnoy had Rovshan as Phone-a-Friend. Unfortunately, he could not help them to answer the 12th question. Later on Mapch 6, 2010 Yury Nikolayev and Dmitry Shepelev had his as Phone-a-Friend as well. In this time he helped to answer the 10th question. In third time he was as Phone-a-Friend in Sati Kazanova and Roman Kostomarov's game. It held on January 15, 2011. He also helped to answer the 9th question. In fourth time he appeared on April 14, 2012 at Roza Syabitova and Dana Borisova's game. He also helped to this couple to answer the 10th question. In fifth time Rovshan appeared as Phone-a-Friend on November 2, 2013 at Irina Medvedeva and Povilas Vanagas's game. He could not help anything to them.
