Quem quer ser Milionário? was the Portuguese version based off the original Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. The main goal was to win 100.000 € (earlier top prizes were 50.000.000$00 and 250.000 €) by answering 15 multiple-choice questions correctly.The show was aired from 2000 to 2015 on RTP1. Hosted by 5 people: Carlos Cruz, Maria Elisa Domingues, Diogo Infante, Jorge Gabriel and Manuela Moura Guedes.

Trivia[]
- Renata Morgado was the first female Top Prize winner in International Millionaire. Also the first ever European Millionaire winner.
- The Portuguese version is one of the only versions of WWTBAM along with the German and Austrian versions to have used the graphics and intro of the Dutch version during the first edition. And to have used only the intro of the German version with the black graphics from 2000 to 2005.
- The studio of the Portuguese version from 2000 to 2008 is inspired by that of the first studio of the Finnish version.
- During the first 3 editions, the episode of a show lasts approximately 26 minutes without a commercial break.
