Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi (2013 season)

This is the second season of Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi, Indian version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. From Monday to Friday on Vijay TV aired. It's hosted by Prakash Raj. Top prize was Rs. 10,000,000.

In this season, each player had a timer: for an answer to 1-5 questions, the contestant had 45 seconds, the answer to 6-10 questions the contestant was given 60 seconds. If the contestant successfully answered the 10th question, then when answering 11-15 questions the clock disappeared, and the player could think for an unlimited amount of time.

Trivia[]

In 11th episode, the contestant Jeevika Z J was the first this season to reach the penultimate question. She didn't take any risks and took the money. If she had taken a risk, she would have seen the Top Prize question because her option was correct.
Celebrity contestant Kamal Haasan in previous season helped his daughter Shruti Haasan as Phone-a-Friend friend. She called him, he helped her with the answer.
In this season future hosts Arvind Swamy and Radhika Sarathkumar, as well as former host Suriya as contestants appeared.
On Shanthi's 8th question, 36% voted for incorrect option, but 25% were right. She trusted the audience and walked away with Rs. 10,000. Also she can not use two lifelines - 50:50 and Phone-a-Friend.
Contestant Mohammed Rameez also in Hindi version appeared.
Contestant Kirthika the Ask the Audience on her 2nd question and 50:50 on 4th question respectively used, but walked away with Rs. 5,000 before first safety net without using a Phone-a-Friend lifeline.
Contestant Shivakumar answered the 6th question wrong and walked away with Rs. 10,000 without using two lifelines - Ask the Audience and Phone-a-Friend.
In 53rd and 77th episodes, FFF failed.
In 81st episode, the host introduced the contestants who earlier made it to the hot seat.
