Before the question, Lynn set her safety net. She ruled out B and C but didn't know. She had an inkling on D but wasn't sure enough so she decided to Ask the Host. Jeremy also thought it wasn't B or C but didn't know. Lynn then decided to phone her husband Ian who thought it was B but really wasn't sure. Lynn decided to go with what she thought and went for D: William Hague, but her husband was right. She lost £31,000.

Likely because Lynn set her safety net at the 11th question and answered incorrectly, the Q10/Q15 final answer cue played, and the Q10 lose cue played when the correct answer was revealed.
