Kim Bir Milyon İster? or Kim 1 Milyon İster? was the third Turkish version based off British Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. Aired from February 1, 2008 to 2008 on Star TV. Hosted by Kenan Işık. Top prize was 1 000 000 new (or 1.000.000.000.000 old) Turkish liras. This season without Fastest Finger First round, host will invite each contestants to the show.
This was the 16-question format (with 4th lifeline since the second guaranteed sum). Unlike the rest of the countries that changed to 16-question format, in Turkey it was still used the Keith & Matthew Strachan music cues. Not the ones by Ramon Covalo until 2011.
