Jonas von Essen is a memory sports player and a cofounder of memory improvement software memoryOS. He appeared as a contestant in the 3rd, 4th and 5th episodes of the 35th series of Postkodmiljonären, on January 14, 20 and 21, 2023, and walked away with 1 000 000 SEK. He became the first and only top prize winner of 2023 and the 13th contestant to have ever won the top prize in Sweden.
After winning the million, von Essen appeared numerous times as one of the three stars for the Ask the Star lifeline.
