Trivia[]

  • According to a September 2001 article in the Hartford Courant, the person who gave Joelle the wrong answer on her $2,000 question was not Timothy, her boss, but a co-worker named Kevin who picked up the phone before Timothy could and posed as him under pressure. The real Timothy knew the answer to Joelle's question.
  • Joelle was the last contestant in the original U.S. primetime run to incorrectly answer a $2,000 question.
