Thomas Jacob Black (born August 28, 1969), from Hermosa Beach, California, is an actor, comedian, and musician. He was a celebrity contestant on the U.S. version of the show on the Comedy edition of the show on October 22, 2001. Jack won $125,000 for the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
