Hideki Saijo (Japanese: 西城秀樹) (April 13, 1955 - May 16, 2018) was a celebrity contestant on Quiz $ Millionaire on January 2, 2006. He answered the 13th question wrong and won ¥1,000,000.
Sadly, he passed away in 2018 due to an acute heart failure.
