Gladys Alarcón, a lawyer and economist from Guayaquil, appeared as a contestant on Season 2 of ¿Quién quiere ser millonario?, the Ecuadoran version of the show, in September 2002. She won at least $3,000.

In December 2002, she reappeared on the Returning Winners' Special, however she didn't get into the Hot Seat.
