Filip Łapiński was a contestant who appeared on 2002 Children's Day special episode (June 1-2) of Milionerzy and won 32 000 zlotys for the TVN's Nie jesteś sam charity after answering the Top Prize question incorrectly.
He was the first non-American and European contestant to get to the final question without using any lifelines, and the fourth ever contestant worldwide to do this. The previous contestants to save their lifelines for question 15 were John Carpenter (the first ever Millionaire), David Goodman and Steve Perry. Perry was the only one to not win the top prize, until Filip's game.
