Enrique Chicote Blanco, (born 1962), a high school teacher, appeared as a contestant on ¿Quiere ser millonario? 50 por 15, the original Spanish version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on September 21 and 22, 2000. He was the first Spanish winner of the top prize of 50,000,000 ₧.
He returned to the show on 28 April 2001, as part of the ten contestants who did best on the show, to tackle the programme once again to win money for Telecinco's "12 Months, 12 Causes" charity fundraising event. April's fundraiser was for the elderly.
On February 5, 2020, he reappeared on the show as a contestant of the 2020 revival of the show, nineteen years after he won the top prize. He won €15,000, his self-adjusted second safety net, after missing his tenth question.

Enrique thought he already knew the answer from the get-go, but he decided to use his lifelines anyway "just to burn through them". He first used his 50:50, which got rid of A and D. He then used the Phone-A-Friend lifeline, just as John Carpenter did the year before, to call his wife to tell her that he would win the top prize. Unlike with John, the Phone-a-Friend clock did not start for Enrique. He then went for C: Coconut, and won the ₧ 50 Million top prize (around €300,000). Enrique Chicote: MILLONARIO |

Trivia[]
- In 2000, he called his wife to tell him he was going to win the prize. Twenty years later, his wife was his Plus One, although he did not use that lifeline.
- After winning 50x15 Enrique became, at the time, the highest ever game show cash prize winner in Spain, beating the local version of The Price is Right, which awarded a showcase worth 40,000,000 ₧ in 1991.
- Host Carlos Sobera knew of John Carpenter's $1,000,000 win (though Enrique didn't), and noted the similarities between both Carpenter's and Chicote's big wins - that neither of them needed to use a lifeline. He also suggested that Enrique's questions were "really difficult".
- Sobera has since recalled his nervousness when he learnt Enrique's win had been leaked to the press a week before the episode was aired, and that all the contestants in the next episode were discussing the news before it had been aired.
- As a teacher, Enrique taught YouTube celebrity Raúl Álvarez Genes, better known as AuronPlay.
