Cindy Williams (August 22, 1947 - January 25, 2023), known for her role as Shirley Feeney on the sitcom "Laverne & Shirley", was a celebrity contestant to appear on the U.S. version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Classic TV Edition on March 23, 2001. Cindy won $125,000 for her charity, Feed the Children.

She would later appear on the 16th season of the show during Celebrity Week - Las Vegas on January 31, 2018 and walked away with $20,000 for her charity, Operation Smile.
