UK contestants who missed the £8,000 question

Civilian and celebrity contestants on the UK version of the show who got the £8,000 question wrong.

From the show's beginning in 1998 through the end of series 21 in 2007, the £8,000 question was the 8th question of 15; getting it wrong lost the contestant(s) £3,000. In the revival (series 31 onwards), the £8,000 question is again the 8th question of 15; however much money the contestant loses by getting it wrong depends on if and where they have set their safety net.
