Carlos Giron, an improvisational comedian from Atlanta, Georgia, appeared on the syndicated American version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? during Movie Week on March 10-11, 2009 and won $250,000.
During his appearance, Carlos went further without using a lifeline than any other contestant in the history of the syndicated version of the show.
Carlos passed away suddenly on March 28, 2018.

Carlos was leaning strongly towards C, and if he went for it, he would have gotten a shot on the million. C was the correct answer. |
